How Can I Change An order Or Make An Address Correction?

Due to our high volume all orders go directly to the shipping floor within hours. We are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. Please make sure all information is correct before processing your order. 

P.O. Box Address:
All P.O. Box shipments will be shipped within 2-5 days of the order. There will be no additional charge for P.O. Box shipments just the normal $12.00 Flat Fee will apply to all continental U.S. shipments. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $5.00-$7.00 depending on the weight of the package.

Hawaii & Alaska Customers :
Orders can be placed online using FedEx 2nd day air. We also ship by U.S. Priority Mail which is about $15.95-16.95 (depending on the weight of the package). If you wish to have your package sent by U.S. Priority Mail please specify the method of shipping in the comments section when processing your order. There will be a $10.00 additional charge for orders placed that are being shipped to Alaska & Hawaii. It is not possible to offer the flat rate shipping as FedEx and UPS do not give us that shipping rate.

All International Orders are shipped by  2-5 Day Express Air Service. Due to our high shipping volume we have been able to lock in very good rates with FedEx for 2-3 Day International Air Shipments, thus you can get your items within 1 week from bayleather.com  almost any were in the world. UK shipping is about $45, Germany and EU $45, Japan $50-65.  The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and other fees for international shipments that may apply, please check before you order. How We Ship:
we uses both FedEx Ground and UPS Ground  to ship orders.  All Express shipments are sent by FedEx due to the lower rates they offer and we pass on to our customers.


Return Policy/Exchange

You have 30 days to exchange or 15 days return any item. For the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines: 
      
   1.  List The Item(s) that you are returning
   2.  Note the reason for the return or exchange.
   3.  If you are exchanging an item please check our site for stock availability and let us know what you would like to
        replace the item with.
   4.  We highly recommend packages that are being sent back to our warehouse be sent by UPS Ground or FedEx,
        or any carrier that can provide tracking information. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
   5.  We do not refund shipping charges on Returned orders.

Cancelling / Forwarding Orders
bayleather.com  reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be charged a fee of $5-$10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to or volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.

Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you.
